Yamaha tilt caps come in two different sizes, we have modified our Yamaha tilt wrench to accommodate the smaller of the two caps.
Center to center the pin dimension is 1 ½" across the widest distance and the pin diameter is 5/32." This modified tilt wrench is made of steel with a black oxide finish. The pin assembly is made up of an Allen cap screw and has a 5/32" heat treated dowel pin pressed into the body.
This design allows you to replace a pin if damaged.
